Third Quarter Dues
Third quarter fees of $180 are due on Sunday, July 1st. There is a mail slot located in the front door of the clubhouse so that payments can be dropped off after hours. Or, the Association accepts credit cards on-line as a form of payment for your HOA dues. The link to pay dues with a VI, MC, AX, DI or debit card can be found at www.palomarhills.com under “Pay Dues” on the homepage. Social
Neighborhood Presidents Elect Board Members The annual Board of Directors elections were recently held at the Clubhouse. Neighborhood Presidents elected Joe Clabes, Jeannie Hixson, and Matt Malone to serve as members of the 2018-2020 Board of Directors. We also want to extend a special thank you to outgoing member, Signe Dunn, for her 4 years of service to our community. She has given countless hours to make Palomar Hills a more attractive and enjoyable place to live. We will miss her valuable input and extraordinary effort given on behalf of the residents of our community. The Association is fortunate to have outstanding board members who share their time, talent, and experience on behalf of all residents of Palomar Hills. We express our sincere appreciation to them for their willingness to serve the community. Ash Trees Residents living on Inglewood Court, Palm Grove Court, Palomar Court, Peppertree Court, Peppertree Drive, Silvertree Court, Sweetberry Court, and Sweetleaf Court most likely have an Ash as a street tree. If you have not had your Ash tree treated, please consider doing so. The Ash tree borer insect has killed millions of Ash Trees throughout the northeast, and are now in the neighborhood. Palomar Boulevard Homeowners Many of the burning bushes planted in the easement along Palomar Boulevard are overgrown and block the view of traffic and sidewalks for pedestrians. LFUCG Code Enforcement is asking that residents trim their bushes to a maximum of 4 feet or replace them with a less invasive species. Friendly Reminder The Master Documents states, “Dogs which are household pets shall at all times whenever outside a unit be confined on a leash and under the owners control at all times.” Keeping your dog on a leash is a matter of courtesy, safety, and compliance with LFUCG ordinance and Palomar Hills restrictions. |
