Holiday Bazaar!
The Townhome Association is hosting a Holiday Bazaar on Saturday, December 3rd from 10 am - 2 pm at the Clubhouse. Come and shop for a variety of locally made items from 16 different vendors. Most vendors accept only cash or checks. Board Meeting The November board meeting is scheduled for Monday the 14th, 7 p.m. at the Clubhouse. A member of the Lexington Police Department will be in attendance to discuss crime prevention. Agenda items are: Tennis and Basketball Courts, Harrodsburg Road Development, Overnight Street Parking, Man O War/Lyon Drive traffic light. Neighborhood Decorating Contest The annual holiday decorating contest will be held on Monday, December 12th at 7 p.m. The Lexington Fire Department will select winners for: Best Decorated . Most Creative. Kid's Choice . Best Mailbox . Best Decorated Door! Residents should use a spotlight or some other means to illuminate doors and mailboxes. The neighborhood with the highest percentage of participation, the most creative decorations, and the greatest aesthetic appeal will receive the Spirit of Palomar award. Lighted signs will be placed on the front lawns of the winners. Since 1931, the Lexington Fire Department has helped tens of thousands of kids receive toys for Christmas that they may not have otherwise received. You can drop off new, unwrapped toys appropriate for infant to 12 years of age at any Lexington fire station. Breakfast with Santa All neighborhood children are invited to stop by and see Santa! He will be at the Palomar Hills Clubhouse the morning of Saturday, December 10th. Details will follow! |
