Adult Social: Come Mix and Mingle with fellow residents at the adult pool! 6:30 pm every Sunday evening. BYOB!
Save the date: The summer Concert in the Park is scheduled for Wednesday, July 18th, featuring Off The Clock. Thank you to Key Williams & Associates of Merrill Lynch for sponsoring this neighborhood event! Speeding: Just a reminder that school has recessed for the summer and children are out playing at all hours of the day. Please watch your speed when driving through the neighborhood. KEEP CARS LOCKED AND VALUABLES HIDDEN TO AVOID THEFT: Please lock vehicles that are parked outside and remove valuables, including garage door openers, keys, and bags that appear to contain valuables, to protect yourself and your property. Paying attention to what is happening in the neighborhood is one of the best methods of crime prevention. Never hesitate to report suspicious people, activities, or vehicles to police at 258-3600 or 911 in an emergency. Planting Beds Adjacent to Pull-Off Areas: The pull-off areas and adjacent planting beds are an attractive aspect of our neighborhood. Unfortunately, many of these areas have been neglected and need to be freshened up. Burning bushes should be trimmed regularly for safety and aesthetic reasons. Keeping the beds weed-free and the pull-off areas free of debris adds to the curb appeal of your home. Board Meeting: The monthly Board of Directors Meeting is scheduled for Monday, June 18, 7 pm at the Clubhouse. Agenda: Committee Reports and Modification Requests. Keep Palomar Hills Beautiful! The Palomar Hills Master Document contains very specific restrictions regarding the placement of signs. Signs on homeowner property are prohibited with the exception of residents attempting to sell their homes. Political signs, religious signs, and signs placed by contractors performing home repairs are not permitted. |
