The applicant for the zone change on the property located at 4145 and 4235 Harrodsburg Road has requested a postponement of the hearing on this matter, and the petition has been rescheduled to the Planning Commission's October 27, 2016 public hearing. Monthly Board Meeting
The September board meeting is scheduled for Monday, September 12, 7 p.m. at the Clubhouse. Agenda: August Board Meeting Minutes and Financial Report, Street Parking, Lexington Neighborhood Council Meeting, Harrodsburg Road Development. Additionally, Councilwoman, Amanda Bledsoe was invited to speak to homeowners but has a conflict and is unable to attend.
The Master Documents states, “Dogs which are household pets shall at all times whenever outside a unit be confined on a leash and under the owners control at all times.” Keeping your dog on a leash is a matter of courtesy, safety, and compliance with LFUCG ordinance and Palomar Hills restrictions.
Adult Pool Closing
The adult pool will close for the season on Thursday, September 15 at 7:00 p.m.
Fourth quarter fees of $180 are due on Saturday, October 1st. There is a mail slot located in the front door of the clubhouse so that payments can be dropped off after hours. Payments must be received by October 15th to avoid a late fee.
Save the Date - Greens Residents!
The Greens 22nd Annual Chili Fest is scheduled for Saturday, October 29 at 5:30 p.m. on Peppertree Court. Whip up your favorite chili and all the hottest fixins to share with your friends and neighbors. Grills will be provided for warming the chili. Please bring your own liquid refreshments and a dessert or dish to share. Don’t forget the kids, chairs, and a warm sweater!
