We LOVE our pets at Palomar! Just a reminder to all residents in the community as we carry into the Holiday season.
PALOMAR MASTER DOCUMENT
ARTICLE XII – SECTION 4.0
No pets shall be kept, bred, or maintained for any commercial purpose. Dogs which are household pets shall, at all times, whenever they are outside a Unit be confined on a leash held by a responsible person.
Code of Ordinances – Section 4-23.1, 4-23.2, and 11-6
Owners should not allow dogs to deposit droppings in public places or on the property of others (Section 4-23.1). When you walk your dog, make sure you take something with you to clean up after it. Make sure to clean up your dog's droppings in your own yard, too, so they don't accumulate and create a health hazard (Sections 4-23.2 and 11-6). Never dispose of dog litter in a creek or storm sewer.
Greetings Palomar Neighbors,
I hope that everyone had a safe and happy Thanksgiving holiday! Last year our family organized a donation drive in the Palomar Neighborhood and the support and generosity of the community was tremendous. Hoping to repeat last year's success, our family is organizing the donation drive again this year to support the Hope Center and the important work they do to provide a variety of services to the homeless and those at risk of becoming homeless. The items most needed are bulk food items and winter clothes (these can be gently used). If you would like to participate, you may drop donations off at our home by December 20th. A more detailed list of needed items is below.
We live at 2241 Shannawood Drive, feel free to contact me with any questions.
