Quarterly Dues - First quarter fees of $180 are due on January 1. Payments must be received no later than January 15, 2019 to avoid a $15 late fee. There is a mail slot located in the front door of the Clubhouse so that payments can be dropped off after hours. Master Documents - Neighborhood restrictions prohibit exterior holiday decorations from being displayed after January 10. Residents are asked to remove all wreaths, lights, and decor by this time. Snow Removal - With the exception of Olde Bridge Estates and the Townhomes, all streets in Palomar Hills are public and maintained by LFUCG. At The Clubhouse Thursday December 6 7-9 p.m. Come by to celebrate the holidays with your neighbors! Appetizers and desserts will be served BYOB and gifts will be raffled All neighborhood children are invited to stop by and see Santa! He will be at the Palomar Hills Clubhouse Saturday, December 8th from 9 – 10:30 am. Donuts will be provided along with juice and coffee. Don't be late!
