Quarterly Dues - First quarter fees of $180 are due on January 1. Payments must be received no later than January 15, 2019 to avoid a $15 late fee. There is a mail slot located in the front door of the Clubhouse so that payments can be dropped off after hours.
Master Documents - Neighborhood restrictions prohibit exterior holiday decorations from being displayed after January 10. Residents are asked to remove all wreaths, lights, and decor by this time.
Snow Removal - With the exception of Olde Bridge Estates and the Townhomes, all streets in Palomar Hills are public and maintained by LFUCG. Residents are responsible for clearing sidewalks adjacent to their property.
