Families can use the adult pool Sorry for the inconvenience The Neighborhood Presidents unanimously passed an amendment to the bylaws codifying a process for neighborhood elections, which does not materially impact ownership rights. Here is a link to the full amendment as filed: ![]()
In accordance with the outlined process, notifications of elections were distributed by mail to the residents of each neighborhood that had not yet held their elections for 2019. These notifications encouraged interested residents to submit their names to be included on the ballot by August 7.
Based on responses, only the Greens will require an election during this cycle. Those ballots were mailed to Greens residents on August 8 with an August 21 deadline for votes to be submitted. The incumbent President in the Meadows, Pat Hopkins, decided not to seek reelection. Only one resident expressed their interest in serving, therefore, Josh Fee will become their new representative effective August 22. We sincerely thank Pat Hopkins for her years of service and also extend our gratitude to Josh Fee for his willingness to step forward. The time that all Neighborhood Presidents and Board members volunteer in service to the Palomar Hills Community Association is greatly appreciated. |
