Repair and maintenance of the concrete intersection on Palomar Boulevard at Peppertree Drive is scheduled to begin on Thursday, July 20th. There will be some traffic disruption in that area for a couple of weeks, but drivers will have continued access during this time.
Please use extra caution as you travel in the construction area. We appreciate your patience as we work to keep Palomar Hills a premier, unique Lexington neighborhood! ______________________________________________________________ TENNIS CLINICS: Starting July 25th Adults: Tuesdays

We want to encourage our youth, seniors and everyone in-between to come and try out the new facilities, which also include two courts for pickleball play! Women’s Tennis is back! For more information please contact MacKenzie at mmekus@hotmail.com or (843) 338-2831. Recreational amenities are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Tennis and basketball courts must be kept locked, even when in use. Anyone who is authorized to use the courts will have a key and unapproved persons should not be let inside the area by residents already playing there. Keeping the gates locked helps to prevent vandalism and curbs unauthorized use by non-residents. Please help keep them in good condition by observing the rules: No wheels of any type are permitted on the court. This includes strollers, skate boards, roller-skates, inline skates, bicycles, tricycles, scooters, toddler toys, etc. Additionally, no dogs are permitted. Homeowners wishing to use the basketball and tennis courts must purchase a key for $5 at the clubhouse. The clubhouse is open from 9 a.m. - 7 p.m. Monday through Friday; closed noon-1 p.m. The project took a little longer than expected, but we did a lot of work to the courts and lighting system. Good news .....it’s going to last us a long time. The overall reconstruction, repair and resurface project cost roughly $145,000, which came from the Association Reserve Fund. Thank you for your patience as we made this much needed improvement!
Third Quarter Dues Third quarter fees of $180 were due on Saturday, July 1st. There is a mail slot located in the front door of the clubhouse so that payments can be dropped off after hours. A late fee of $15 will be charged on payments not received by July 15th. Pay your Association dues on-line!!
