TO: Palomar Homeowners’ Association FROM: Sarah Neeley – Financial & Administrative Manager, Mill Ridge Farm, LLLP DATE: June 2019 Mill Ridge has been very fortunate to have a great relationship with our Palomar neighbors. Really, we could not ask for better. However, we would like to remind you of a couple of things… FIREWORKS With summer here and the 4th of July around the corner, many will celebrate with fireworks. While the displays are enjoyed by most…horses are absolutely terrified. They panic and try to run away, which can result in serious injuries and, in some instances, even fatalities. As our neighbor, we want you to be aware of the situation. Most importantly, we ask that you do not release fireworks near or over the fields that border Mill Ridge. Any incidents that threaten the lives of the horses will be reported to the proper authorities. FENCELINE
