ARTICLE XII – SECTION 4.0
No pets shall be kept, bred, or maintained for any commercial purpose. Dogs which are household pets shall, at all times, whenever they are outside a Unit be confined on a leash held by a responsible person.

Code of Ordinances – Section 4-23.1, 4-23.2, and 11-6
Owners should not allow dogs to deposit droppings in public places or on the property of others (Section 4-23.1). When you walk your dog, make sure you take something with you to clean up after it.  Make sure to clean up your dog's droppings in your own yard, too, so they don't accumulate and create a health hazard (Sections 4-23.2 and 11-6).  Never dispose of dog litter in a creek or storm sewer.
