The Committee would consider the relative need, impact, timing, cost, and funding of these expenditures, and the effect each will have on the financial position of the Association. The Committee will make recommendations to Neighborhood Presidents and Board of Directors for consideration in the long-range plan and/or the following year's budget. If interested, please email the Clubhouse at admin@palomarhills.com. Palomar Ponds As the ponds are beginning to freeze, neighborhood children should not be playing on or near them!! The ice is not safe! With the active waterfall and fountains, water will not freeze underneath and therefore is not solid. Please keep children from ice skating, riding bikes, and playing on the ponds this winter, and discourage them from throwing rocks onto the ice.
