Please help us resolve parking issues in Palomar Hills The Palomar Hills Board of Directors has received a large number of complaints regarding parking violations. The Palomar Hills Master Documents state: Section 2. Parking and Garages. Vehicles shall be parked only in the garages or in the driveways serving the Units or appropriate spaces or designated areas in which parking may or may not be assigned and then subject to such reasonable rules and regulations as the Board of Directors may adopt. Please note that the pull-offs on Palomar Boulevard as well as all streets and cul-de-sacs within Palomar Hills are not designated for persistent overnight or extended parking. Established in 2009, Palomar Investing Chicks (PIC) is a casual and fun group of women who meet once a month to learn about the stock market and investing. If you share the same curiosity and can devote $25 each month to invest, and if you would like to make new friends, PIC is waiting for you. No prior knowledge or experience in investing is required – we are all learning as we go. We meet on the second Thursday of the month at 7 p.m. in the Palomar Clubhouse. Whether you are new to the area or a long-time resident, if you are looking for new ways to socialize, network, and learn about stocks (while watching your own nest egg grow each month), please be our guest at the next meeting. Please contact Barb Ellerbrook at 859.533.6708 or bae73144@gmail.com with questions. We look forward to meeting you soon!
Palomar Ponds As the ponds are beginning to freeze, neighborhood children should not be playing on or near them!! The ice is not safe! With the active waterfall and fountains, water will not freeze underneath and therefore is not solid. Please keep children from ice skating, riding bikes, and playing on the ponds this winter.
