membership assessments
Palomar Hills Community Association, Inc. assessments are $720 annually.
Dues can be paid in one lump sum ($720) or residents can pay $180 quarterly on January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1.
The Palomar Hills Community Association, Inc. is pleased to offer a convenient service that will save both time and money for residents and the association-automatic payment of quarterly dues. No matter where you bank, you now have the option of paying your association dues through automatic withdrawal from your checking or savings account. Withdrawals will occur on July 5, October 5, January 5, and April 5 or the next business day should the normal withdrawal date fall on the weekend. (Townhome residents may also pay their monthly maintenance fee through automatic withdrawal.)
