Residents should never rake leaves to the curb or street in anticipation of pick-up by city workers. Allowing leaves to accumulate in the gutter or storm drains creates an eyesore and clogs storm drains, resulting in flooding. Walkers and
joggers may slip on leaves left on sidewalks.
