Association Responsibilities

Palomar Hills Community Association, Inc. remains dedicated to maintaining and improving common areas and amenities. The association is responsible for performing routine repairs and maintenance. The association may hire independent contractors for major projects or repairs. All projects are funded by the annual budget, which is developed and approved by the board of directors and neighborhood presidents.
