Welcome home!

Please stop by the Palomar Hills office at your earliest convenience to register as a new resident. While you are always welcome to drop in, for our initial meeting it is best to schedule an appointment so that I may accommodate you more efficiently.

Upon registering you will receive a copy of the Master Document, membership passes, parking passes, and other information you need as a property owner in a deed-restricted community. Membership passes are required to use the pools, basketball court, tennis courts, weight room, and for clubhouse rental. Please bring a driver's license or other clear, recent head-and-shoulders photo for all members of your household needing membership passes.

Our offices are located at the clubhouse at 4025 Palmetto Drive. Office hours are 9 a.m-12 noon and 1-5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Please call 223-3740 to schedule an appointment or if you have any questions.
