Automatic_Payment

The Palomar Hills Community Association, Inc. is pleased to offer a convenient service that will save both time and money for residents and the association-automatic payment of quarterly dues. No matter where you bank, you now have the option of paying your association dues through automatic withdrawal from your checking or savings account. Withdrawals will occur on July 5, October 5, January 5, and April 5 or the next business day should the normal withdrawal date fall on the weekend. (Townhome residents may also pay their monthly maintenance fee through automatic withdrawal.)

The automated payment plan saves time and money for homeowners and the association. The primary benefits to our residents include:

  • You no longer have to remember to write and mail or bring your check to the clubhouse.
  • You never risk incurring a $15 late fee because you forgot to write and mail or bring your check to the clubhouse.
