
Palomar Hills has three pools for the use and enjoyment of residents and their guests.

25-Meter, 6-Lane Lap/Family Pool
Open: Memorial Day through Labor Day
Hours of operation: 10:30 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Children under 10 may not be left at the pool unattended. Children must be accompanied and supervised by a person at least 15 years of age or older. Parents are fully responsible for conduct of their children.
- Persons 17 and under must be under lifeguard supervision and therefore must use lap pool.
- Lap pool closes for swim meets. Dates are announced in the Palomar Press and/or Palomar Today.
- Swim lessons offered by lifeguards.
- Lap lane may be cordoned off upon request.
- The Palomar Piranhas swim team practices in the lap pool Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.; team registration and schedule to be announced.
Adult Pool
Open: Derby Day through Labor Day
Hours: 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Reserved for residents and guest 18 and older.
- The Adult Pool is open to children under 18, (WHEN ACCOMPAINED BY AN ADULT) and adults from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and adults only from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Friday. Weekends are reserved for the exclusive use of adults 18 and over. This policy will only be in affect for May before the lap pool opens, August when Fayette Co. Public Schools resume, and September after the lap pool closes. When the lap pool is open for the season, the adult pool is not available for children’s use except when a swim meet is in session.
- There are no lifeguards on duty at the adult pool; swim at your own risk.
Baby Pool
Open: Memorial Day through Labor Day
Hours: 10:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
- Reserved for children five years and younger or children with special needs. Children must be accompanied by a parent or responsible person within the fenced wading area at all times.
* Membership Cards are to be used for access to the pools and other
amenities. Bring a driver's license or other photo for all persons in
household to obtain membership cards.
* Lap pool closed for scheduled swim meets. Dates will be announced in the Palomar Press
and Palomar Today.
* Lap lane may be set up upon request.
* Swim lessons offered by lifeguards.
